Kerry Balentine-Lowery is an individual and business bankruptcy attorney with the firm of MaxGardnerLaw, PLLC. She is a 2010 graduate of Max Gardner’s Bankruptcy Boot Camp and since joining the firm she has represented clients in Chapter 7, 11, 12 and 13 bankruptcy cases. Ms. Balentine-Lowery is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Cleveland County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice before the District Court for the Western District of North Carolina and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of North Carolina.
Ms. Balentine-Lowery graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1987 where she was a member of law review, the National Moot Court Team and the International Law Moot Court Team. She is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. In 2001, she graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine followed by a residency in psychiatry at the University of Virginia Medical Center and is currently a licensed North Carolina physician.
