MAX GARDNER LAW PLLC
Debt Relief Agency Devoted to Protecting Consumers
As we face the uncertainty created by the coronavirus (COVID-19), protecting the health and well-being of our firm members and clients is a top priority for us. We wanted to share with you how Max Gardner Law PLLC is addressing many of the same challenges that our clients may be facing. We are actively monitoring news and reports from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and state and local health agencies, and taking proactive steps to help ensure our attorneys and staff stay healthy and the firm maintains the ability to provide our clients with uninterrupted high quality service.
We want to assure our clients and friends that we are continuing to work for you. Although we are closing our offices to the public, we have in place and tested telecommuting technology to allow lawyers and staff to work remotely at home. Although in-person meetings often are valuable and the most efficient means of communication, we thank you in advance for your understanding and support of our temporary preference for telephone and video-conferenced meetings when possible. If in-person meetings are needed, our office layout has been modified in order to comply with the current heath directives.
All current and future clients should call 704-487-0616 to schedule a video conference with any member of our staff. We intend to try and schedule such conference within 48 hours of the receipt of your voice message (not including weekends or holidays). If you have an emergency situation, please provide the details on any voice mail message.
During these challenging times, we hope that you and your families stay safe. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to our firm.
